ASKING AN EXPERT

Search the ASK AN EXPERT section

You can find an Expert who will answer your questions by performing a keyword search or a name search, or by browsing through the categories of Experts in the ASK AN EXPERT section.

In a click, find out about an Expert’s background, services, feedback, price and picture. Click on the Expert's picture or the title of his/her service to view his/her full listing. Click on the Expert Name to view his/her Homepage which integrates all of his/her activities on ASKOOL.

Click “Call Now”
After selecting an Expert who meets your needs, click on the “Call now” link. ASKOOL will connect you to this person privately and safely by phone.

The phone of the Expert will ring first. When he/she picks it up, your phone will also ring. Simply answer the phone and present yourself. Please note that your phone number is never revealed to anyone.

When an Expert is not available or busy on the phone, a link is provided to contact that Expert through ASKOOL’s Messaging System. If you have trouble finding expertise in your area of interest, you can post your question to the FORUM and let our Experts respond to you.

Pay the Expert
Before making a call, make sure that you have enough funds in your account to talk to the Expert for your desired amount of time. If there is not enough money in your account, ASKOOL will ask you to add funds.

Adding funds is simple and secure. Our website benefits from the most advanced encryption (128 bits SSL). You can add funds with your credit card (through PayPal Secure Server - "About PayPal"), through direct deposit to ASKOOL's bank account or by sending a check. For more information, click the Add money link in the My ASKOOL section or visit the My Bank section. ASKOOL accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and all credit cards, debit cards, ATM cards or check cards that are emblazoned with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Once the call is completed, the amount billed is withdrawn from your personal account depending on the per-minute rate and the actual duration of your call (and not the number of minutes started). For example, your duration could be 3.82 minutes (i.e. 3 minutes and 49 seconds) and the fees will be calculated on this basis. The first minute is charged in its entirety.

Rate the Expert
Be sure to rate the Expert's service, providing useful feedback for others on ASKOOL.
